This communication presents a reflection on psycho-social and psych pedagogical supervision of students in higher education. This reflection is a study to know, how students behave in the transition from secondary education to higher and being within the university how to behave in terms of organization of their study. In addition to these findings there is an expectation that student bring and that lead them to realize the difference between a teacher as a friend, worker and supervisor of the learning process and another disinterested that discourages the students themselves. We use to give two questionnaires like open questions: the first is with 13 questions to assess the organization of students learning. And the second is with 6 questions to collect sensitivities that students have on the practice of their teachers to support their quality learning expectations. As the study results found in the first questionnaire that students feel well integrated into the university when they are in good company in the organization of learning with favorable methods and the second is that students learn best when learning is well planned. Thus, we actually understood that in all the universities in Mozambique, require other forms of creating a new method of teaching practice and in tern to help to organize the conduct of the study and the quality of students learning method.
